Family Camp

 REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Click on the age group of family members and choose the number of individual camp registrations you need. Add it to the cart. A form will pop up to fill out the names and ages of each camper in that age range and add them to the cart.

  2. Repeat the same thing for other age groups in your family and add them to the cart. (there is some information you will need to repeat in registration)

  3. Select the accommodation your family desires and add it to the cart. (A form will pop up to add your contact information.)

  4. If you need early arrival, choose how many days and add it to your cart.

  5. If you need Dietary Restrictions choose as many as you need and add them to your cart. (the price is for the total of all the meals)

  6. If you are not needing sleeping accommodations please put the choice of “no on-campus rooms needed” in your cart so that the registrars are aware of your camp-fee-only needs.

  7. When you are finished making your cart choices, click on the shopping cart in the right-hand corner and begin to check out.

PARTIAL PAY Need to make separate payments? We’ve got you covered. To pay 50% now, and the rest later, enter PAYHALFNOW into the discount code box at checkout.
Our staff will be in contact with you to arrange the final payment plans that can be made until July 1, 2024.

PAY 33% NOW To pay 33% now and two more payments later, put into the discount code box PAY33NOW. These are not true discounts on the total purchase but rather payment plan options. Our staff will be in contact with you to arrange the final payment plans that can be made until June 1, 2024.

PAY LATER Want to pay with a check? Or need to pay the whole amount later? You can do that easily until June 1st. At check out enter PAYLATER in the discount code box at checkout. You can mail checks to Jump-In NW, 7501 S Knights Bridge Rd, Canby, OR 97013.

If your registration is not paid in full by June 1st and we have not made a payment plan with you, your reservation may be terminated.

Special Dietary Needs Dietary options must be added to the cart. You will be prompted to choose what Type of meals you need and how many people in your family require those particular meals. The price of $20 for each person’s dietary needs adjustment for the entire weeke - not per meal.

Scholarships A limited number of scholarships are available thanks to a generous donation. We do not want price to be the reason you do not come to camp. Please email Angie at angiew@jump-in.org and explain your situation and the extent of your need in the email. We will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss the options.
