GRADE SCHOOL DAY CAMP COSTS:
CAMP FEES: Camp fees may be paid in 50% installments. Add PAYHALFNOW in the coupon code
in the Shopping Cart check-out. It will read as a discount code, but it is an installment. A staff member will contact you for final payment byJuly 1, 2024.
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: Free Camp T-Shirt
T-shirts need to be ordered by June 10 in order to have shirts ready for camp. If you register and have the health form filled out by June 10 your camper will receive a free t-shirt. If you do not register by June 10 there will not be a t-shirt available and campers will be given a 24oz stainless steel Jump-In Water Bottle. If your camper would like to have a water bottle instead of a t-shirt please choose water bottle on the health form.

LUNCH: Every camper must bring their own lunch.
Please write your camper’s name on his or her lunch box or sack.
SNACKS: Snack will be provided at camp each day. Dairy-free and gluten-free options are available, but not always guaranteed. We recommend including one or two individually wrapped snacks in your camper’s backpack/bag each day if he or she has a special dietary requirement.
ESSENTIALS Each camper is asked to bring a backpack/bag with a swimsuit, towel, water bottle, sunscreen, and a sack lunch. Many campers choose to wear their swimsuit under their clothing to shorten the transition into the pool and then change into regular clothing after pool time is completed.
All items should be clearly labeled with the camper’s name to prevent the loss of items. We suggest wearing clothing that can get dirty as paint, glue, dirt, etc. is part of camp.
We recommend campers wear enclosed toe/heel shoes or sneakers since many of our games are active making flip flops not the best option.
WATER BOTTLES: Canby Grove has filtered
water bottle fill stations located throughout the campgrounds. We request campers bring a personal water bottle with their name clearly
written on it to camp.

CAMPER DROP-OFF: 9:00 am-9:15 am
[We will not be ready to take your camper until 9:00am]
The first day may take a few minutes longer to check in campers. Please use the main entrance of the camp and follow the Day Camp parking signs. Campers must be checked in by the parent or guardian with the registrar every morning. Please note that we are unable to check in campers earlier than 8:45 am.
CAMPER PICK-UP: 3:30 pm
Every camper must be checked out by the parent
or guardian with the registrar prior to leaving camp. Please help us by coming to the registration table
to check out your camper.
SWIMMING:
Pool safety is a priority at Canby Grove. Please specify on the healthcare form how well your camper can swim and if he or she requires a
life jacket.
In addition, confirm with the registrar your camper’s swimming ability when checking in on the first day of camp. Canby Grove has a limited number of life jackets and sizes. We recommend providing your camper with a personal, labeled life jacket to assure a good fit should he or she require one.
JUMP-IN SUMMER BLAST
Jump-In is a non-denominational Christian-based camp. Club meetings are offered every day where kids will learn Bible stories and concepts, interactive songs and prayer.
